On-Line Publications and Brochures.

We have recently launched The Private Game Reserves and Lodges Directory. This publication enables game reserves and lodges to advertise their facilities using a double page spread, on-line to Internet users all over the world.

However, we can extend this unique on-line page turning format to produce an on-line, page turning brochure/publication for your own game reserve or lodge, featuring glossy photographs of your rooms and facilities and information on your services.

There are immense benefits to producing full colour brochures and publications “on-line” as opposed to “off-line”.

1. Everyone now has instant access to the Internet and people are used to obtaining immediate access to information they want to source.
2. People can read them by turning the pages, download them as a PDF or just print the pages that they want to read – which has fantastic environmental benefits.
3. They are far cheaper to produce than conventional print media. There’s no printing costs, no postage costs and vastly reduced origination/production costs.
4. They are innovative – in addition to “turning” the pages using their mouse or keyboard, readers can zoom in, search for specific words and click on hyperlinks.

We handle the entire production process for you. All you have to do is to supply the text and the information for your establishment, plus your logo and contact details.

Your on-line publication will be hosted on our servers but we will supply your web designer with html code to embed into your own web site so that it can appear as an integral part of your own site. As a guide, we charge £50 [GB Pounds] plus VAT per page to put the publication together, so a 10 page publication would only cost £500 plus VAT to create. [NB: on-line publications do NOT need to be “printed” in 4, 8 or 16 page formats like conventional publications!].

In subsequent years, regardless of the size of publication or the amount of times it is accessed, we only charge £25 plus VAT per annum to host it for you. If you want to make amendments to the publication at any stage, you can do so. There will be a nominal charge for the production work required, plus a one-off cost of £85 plus VAT for re-publishing the publication from the finished PDF to the page turning format.

In addition to our online publishing, we already provide all kinds of on-line services for game reserves and lodges, ranging from web sites with easy to use content management systems, through to spam/virus protection, newsletters systems and video production.
