Advertisers Information
If you are a Private Game Reserve or Lodge you are able to advertise using a double page spread of images and information. Go and have a look at our “dummy” issue and you will very quickly get the idea!

Your entry should include any features you want your guests to know about, as they can find them by entering a search. Your postcode/town will link to your location in MultiMap.com and if they want to book, your web address will link to your web site or your secure booking form. If they want to print information specifically about your lodge, they can do so, or they can download the entire web site “publication” as a PDF.
The web site “publication” is updated every month to include new entries from game reserves and lodges, or to allow existing entries to be updated.

The normal rate to advertise your game reserve or lodge in a double page spread for 12 months is £250 [under £5 per week!].

Typically, your two page entry will consist of one full page image, and another page on the right containing a selection of thumbnail images, general information on your game reserve or lodge and your contact details with email and web address links.

The publication is updated every month to include new entries, or to allow existing entries to be updated. If you want to update your entry at any time, we make a nominal £25 admin charge. Whilst an initial dummy issue is “live” on our site at www.privategamereservesandlodges.com NOW, the first “proper” issue is being published at the end of November 2008.

The publication/web site is promoted through all leading search engines and Google ad campaign. If you enter a search for variations of “private game reserves and lodges” you will find it, and we also plan to include the names of participating game reserves or lodges and their locations in the keywords that Internet users enter.

Technical Information
Please supply JPEGS approx 2000 pixels wide [max], we will reduce to fit where necessary. Please indicate which is to be the main image for the left hand page of your spread. Text and contact details to be supplied in electronic format, either in Word as an attachment, or in the body copy of your email.

Payment
You will be invoiced electronically and can either pay by credit card, by bank transfer or by cheque. Payment will be required prior to your advert appearing.

Convert your own brochure to an on-line publication
